Dr. Jonathon was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Engineering and then proceeded to spend several years studying and researching medical microbiology and cell biology. As a life-long headache sufferer, he was introduced to Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic by his wife. From that moment forward it has been his passion to help those with head and neck pain improve the quality of their lives. Dr. Jonathon graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in 2004.
Tara Douglas D.C., BCAO, CVCP - CH00034416
Dr. Tara grew up in Sylacauga, Alabama. She graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Chemistry and worked for several years as a research chemist in Columbus, GA. After suffering a sports injury and getting no relief from traditional medicine, she tried chiropractic for the first time. She was so impressed with the results that she returned to school to become a Doctor of Chiropractic and graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in 2004 with honors. She received her Board Certification in Atlas Orthogonal Technique in 2007 and her certification in animal adjusting in 2006. Dr. Tara and Dr. Jonathon enjoy beekeeping, hiking, kayaking, watching Formula One racing and College football and traveling.
Gregory Philip Willard D.C., BCAO
Dr. Phil recently joined the team at Atlas Spinal Care. His interest in Chiropractic began with a construction related accident that initiated severe and debilitating back pain. During this time, he was introduced to upper cervical chiropractic and was transformed back to pain-free living which prompted his career change. He enrolled in Palmer Chiropractic College graduating with honors and also studied under Dr. Roy Sweat, who developed the Atlas Orthogonal technique. Dr. Phil grew up in the Dominican Republic and on the border of Mexico which helped when he was working with Hispanic patients at the Outreach Clinic at Palmer College. He and his wife have four children, eight grandchildren and a rescued dog named Sophie. Together they enjoy skiing, hiking, golfing and spending time in the mountains camping.
Cindy Wakefield - Chiropractic Assistant
Cindy has lived in the Northwest for over 35 years. She was born in New Jersey and grew up in Colorado Springs. Cindy has volunteered with the CASA program through the YWCA and loves hiking, decorating, gardening and spending time with her family; especially her Grandson Jack. Cindy thinks of chiropractic as a way of life and would like to share her experiences.
Kea Anderson - Compliance Officer/Practice Representative
Kea graduated from Saint Martins University in Lacey, WA in 2006 majoring in Psychology. In
2016 she completed her Medical Administrative Assistant program and did her externship at
Atlas Spinal Care.
After struggling with pain for 8 years, Kea was introduced to the Atlas Orthogonal technique by
her father. It has changed her life and has encouraged her to want to help others.
Putting faith, family and health as top priority in her life, Kea enjoys spending time with her
husband and three boys going on family adventures.
Patty Harris - Licensed Massage Practitioner - MA60114815
Patty Harris is one of our LMP's here at Atlas. She graduated with honors from Everest College and received her massage license in October 2009. Her passion is helping people feel better through massage and educating them as to how they can proactively help themselves. Patty is also a fitness instructor with over 20 years in the industry.
Ashley Goulding - Chiropractic Assistant/X-Ray Tech
Ashley has lived in the Northwest, Central Oregon and overseas. She recently completed her EMT training and is currently volunteering at a local fire department. She enjoys mountain biking, climbing, camping and horseback riding with friends. With Ashley’s previous experience as a Massage Therapist, she is able to assist patients with stretching and exercise rehab to coincide with their chiropractic treatments.
Judith Moreno-Castro - Chiropractic Assistant/Spanish Interpreter
Judith has lived in the Pacific Northwest for the last 5 years after living in several other states in the U.S. She left Mexico 17 years ago with her daughter to pursue her dreams and hobbies. Judith enjoys all arts and crafts. She also enjoys cooking and baking. You can find Judith on the weekends with her husband and three kids enjoying the Farmer’s Market and local parks. With Judith’s strong language skills and previous injuries she understands how chiropractic care can help most people and is qualified to assist the office staff in interpreting for our Spanish speaking patients.
Joleen Brooks - Licensed Massage Practitioner - MA60594173
Joleen graduated from Everest College’s massage therapy program with honors in 2015. She continued her education and received certification in deep tissue and intraoral massage. She specializes in injury and rehabilitation massage, with a continued interest in reflexology and pregnancy massage.
Having experienced health issues in the past, Joleen sees the incredible proactive and preventative benefits chiropractic care and massage play as an integral role in keeping the body healthy. She is passionate about helping others achieve relief from muscle pain and tension and assisting them through the rehabilitation process.
Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Joleen and her husband and two kids live on a small farm. When she is not helping with farm chores she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, kickboxing, playing violin, gardening, and making herbal medicine.

James graduated with honors from Everest College in January 2010, he continued his education and enrolled in a Sports Massage program, as well as training in Manual Ligament Therapy. James really enjoys the treatment aspect of massage and helping people achieve relief from muscular tension and pain. He likes to spend time outdoors, camping, hiking, canoeing, and kayaking. James is a native to the Pacific Northwest and has lived in Vancouver since 2002.

Ileen is a 2009 Graduate of Everest College School of Massage Therapy her in Vancouver, WA. She is trained in swedish, deep tissue, spa therapies, and sports treatment. Ileen intends to give her clients a safe environment and a place to heal. The well being of her clients is the utmost importance to her.
Judy - Front Desk
Judy was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and moved to Vancouver in 1989. After 3 auto accidents in one year, she was left with constant neck and low back pain. Over the years, she was told by many doctors that her upper neck was out of alignment. She became a patient at Atlas Spinal Care and found relief from the pain that had bothered her for 30 years. She now helps out at the office part time and enjoys seeing others get the care they need in order to lead pain free lives. Judy's interests include gardening, dog walking, rock hounding, making jewelry, and spending time with her cat, Miles.
