Nicole Czech, D.C. - CH60928142

 Dr. Nicole is the owner and chiropractor at Atlas Spinal Care. She completed her undergraduate degrees in Health Sciences and Public Health from Carroll College in Helena, Montana and completed her Chiropractic degree at Life University outside of Atlanta, Georgia.

Nicole came to Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic when she was suffering from daily migraines and headaches for close to a year. After getting such amazing results from this gentle chiropractic approach, Dr. Nicole decided to go to chiropractic school so she could help others with a drug-free alternative to headaches, migraines and pain.

Outside of the office, Dr. Nicole can be found gardening, exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband Chris, and wearing out their two Great Danes, Eisley and Prudence. Dr. Nicole is dedicated to helping others on their path to wellness.


Tim Dozier, D.C. - CH60941120

 Dr. Tim was born and raised in Vancouver, graduating as a Spudder from Ridgefield. After high school, he moved to California where he did his undergraduate work and attended Chiropractic school at Palmer College of Chiropractic West. He graduated with Honors in 1995. Dr. Tim has two daughters with his wife of 28 years, Heidi. His daughters are Caitlin (25) and Emma (22).

Dr. Tim owned his own practice in Roseville, CA until moving back home to Washington in September of 2021. In private practice, he has utilized a variety of adjusting techniques from Diversified to Activator, SOT, and upper cervical specific.

“I have always believed that it is vitally important to get patients actively involved in their care, from stretching and exercises to ergonomics and sleeping positions. It can all play a part in a patient’s recovery. I’m happy to be back home in SW Washington and I’m happy to be at Atlas Spinal Care where I can use my experience to help patients live pain free, because life is to short to be in pain.”


Beth Anderson - Massage Studio

Beth was born and raised in Lebanon, Tennessee but enjoys the beautiful, non-humid Pacific Northwest.  She brings a touch of her “southern hospitality” fueled by her passion to seek opportunities to serve and care for others like they are family. She and her husband have three amazing adult children and love being Oma and Papa to MacKenzie, Charlie, Anderson, Hudson, Ellie, and Ella.

Beth enjoys spending time in the yard gardening, playing fetch with the dogs, and keeping the chickens out of trouble.  She is an avid reader and volunteers with the Winter Hospitality Overflow. 


Taylor Johnson - Chiropractic Assistant

Taylor was born and raised in Vancouver, Wa, alongside her two younger brothers with her mom and dad. She graduated from Union High School in 2010 and received her Associates Degree from Clark College in 2014. Taylor spent 6 years living in Phoenix, Arizona where she fell in love with the desert sun and beautiful desert landscape. While living in Arizona, she attended Pima Medical Institute and graduated with Honors from the Medical Assistant program. She moved back to the PNW in 2020 to be closer to family.

Taylor has been a part of the Atlas Spinal Care family for the last 3 years. When she is not here in the office, greeting patients with a friendly smile, she is either outside hiking, golfing, paddle boarding, or spending time with her family and orange cat named Calvin. Taylor has always had a love for the medical field and helping patient’s with their care and treatment. Before her time at Atlas, she really didn’t know much about chiropractic care but once she joined the team, she fell in love with the treatment style and care it provides for the patients. She believes in the style of Chiropractic that Atlas offers and hopes to one day, be a Chiropractor herself.


Kara Gregg - Chiropractic Assistant

Kara is originally from Southern Oregon where she grew and up and attended junior school. While in college, she lived in Montana for several years before she eventually made her way to the Pacific Northwest. She now lives here in Vancouver and is a newer addition to the Atlas Spinal Care team after working at PeaceHealth. Kara can be found with our new patients during the exam or taking patients back for their adjustments. Kara is an introvert that loves to read and spend time with her dog when she isn’t at Atlas Spinal Care.


Sean Myrom - Chiropractic Assistant

Sean was born and raised in San Diego, California and moved to the PNW when he attended Concordia University in Portland on a baseball scholarship. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2012 and obtained an EMT license in 2017. In Sean’s “free time”, he enjoys being a husband to his wife Becca of 8 years and proud dad of two: Benny and Josie. He also enjoys scuba diving, traveling and completing projects around his home.


Lianne Czech - Patient Services

Lianne is a warm and welcoming face at our front desk, greeting patient’s upon arrival with her rich Australian accent. She grew up in the Blue Mountains of Sydney, Australia, coming to the United States in the late 1980’s. She recently moved from the Seattle area down to SW Washington to be closer to family. She is married and has 4 adult children, 3 daughters and a son… one her daughter’s is Dr. Nicole!



Patty Harris - Licensed Massage Therapist - MA60114815

Patty graduated with honors from Everest College receiving her massage license in October of 2009. Her passion is helping people feel better through massage and educating them so they can be proactive in their own journey to wellness. Patty is also a fitness instructor with over 20 years in the industry.


Judith Moreno-Castro - Licensed Massage Therapist- MA60763158

Judith has lived in the Pacific Northwest for the last 5 years after living in several other states within the U.S.  She left Mexico 17 years ago with her daughter to pursue her dreams and hobbies.  Judith enjoys all arts and crafts, cooking, and baking. You can find Judith on the weekends with her husband and three kids enjoying the farmer’s market and local parks.

With Judith’s strong language skills and previous injuries, she understands how chiropractic care can help most people and is qualified to assist the office staff in interpreting for our Spanish speaking patients.


Amanda Fields - Licensed Massage Therapist - MA00018567

Amanda is a mom of two wonderful kids. In her free time, she loves to practice yoga and stay active. Her favorite style of massage is Thai Massage which involves gentle stretching and mobilization of the body.
